YEREVAN, APRIL 3, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian public will have an opportunity to watch the joint Armenian-Lithuanian movie “Tevanik” on Karabakh war in the capital’s cinema theatres from May 6. The new movie by director Jivan Avetisyan will be premiered on May 5. The movie is dedicated to one of the heroic pages of the Armenian history. The filmmaker stated about this in a conversation with “Armenpress”. “Expectation and excitement”: with these feelings Jivan Avetisyan is looking forward to the premier of the movie, which caused Azerbaijan’s hysteria.

This film is about a 14-year-old orphan Tevanik who becomes a part of the war. Going for scouting, the Commander takes Tevanik with him due to his bravery. The Commander is killed by the sniper's bullet during the scouting, and Tevanik pursues the sniper to take revenge. It is revealed the sniper is a woman... Tevanik is carried away by the beauty of the naked woman... He stops thinking that she is the enemy... The seconds become decisive... Tevanik is killed...
