"Flight over the City" by Narine Grigoryan charms British-Armenians
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. The performance titled "Flight over the City" by Narine Grigoryan, actress of the Yerevan State Puppet Theater after Hovhannes Tumanyan, participated in "World Stage Design" festival held in Cardiff, Wells. The performance staged by Narine Grigoryan deeply impressed the representatives of the Armenian community of the United Kingdom.
In a conversation with "Armenpress" the Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia Narine Grigoryan underscored: "This year’s festival was a debut for the theatrical groups from 100 countries. Armenia participated in World Stage Design for the first time. We introduced our performance to the audience on September 14. We succeeded due to the efforts of the Director of the Puppet Theatre Ruben Babayan."
World Stage Design is a celebration of international performance design from the world of theatre, opera and dance as well as public performances and installations in non theatre spaces.
