Armenia, Montenegro Foreign Ministers discuss bilateral agenda topics

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS.Within the framework of the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje, on December 1, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Filip Ivanović.

The ministers expressed mutual confidence that, with joint efforts and based on the existing friendly sentiments, it will be possible to further enrich the bilateral agenda between the two countries. To achieve this goal, specific areas with tangible potential for cooperation have been identified, especially in the fields of high technologies, science, education and tourism, the foreign ministry said.

According to the source, mentioning the priority given by the Armenian government to the field of information technology, Minister Mirzoyan expressed his willingness to make efforts to exchange experiences in the mentioned field and implement joint projects.

An agreement was reached to discuss recommendations through political consultations. Regional issues were also addressed at the meeting.
