Nagorno-Karabakh residents could get real chance to return to their homes – PM

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. The residents of various communities of Nagorno-Karabakh could have a real opportunity to return to their homes, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Friday.
“The situation remains extremely tense,” Pashinyan said, speaking about the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. “The humanitarian crisis continues. We maintain permanent contact with our colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh. As a result of the discussions we had this morning, we can record that nevertheless there are some hopes for a positive movement of the situation, this is the assessment of a number of our colleagues in Nagorno-Karabakh, which we share in some sense,” the PM said at the Cabinet meeting.
Elaborating on the hopes for positive developments, Pashinyan said, “The residents of communities in Nagorno-Karabakh, our compatriots, could get a real opportunity to return to their homes.”
The Prime Minister added that the situation is dynamic and the information could change at any moment.
