Samvel Shahramanyan elected President of Nagorno-Karabakh
13:08, 9 September 2023STEPANAKERT, 9 SEPTEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Samvel Shahramanyan has been elected as President of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh).
Shahramanyan passed a confirmation hearing in parliament with 22-1 votes on Saturday.
His inauguration ceremony will take place on September 10.
