Russia understands that the possible opening of the Turkish consulate in Shushi is a sensitive issue for Armenia, ARMENPRESS reports, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated during a press conference, commenting on the statement of Turkish President Recep Erdogan that Ankara is ready to open a consulate general in Shushi at any moment.
