YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Member of Parliament Ishkhan Saghatelyan (ARF) representing the opposition Hayastan faction said that all offices of the ARF across the world are notifying the international community on Azerbaijan’s genocidal actions.

He cited the Artsakh parliament’s statement of December 13, and said that he proposes the Armenians around the world to hold protests outside Azeri and Turkish embassies.

The Artsakh parliament addressed Armenians around the world to use every possibility in various platforms to voice about the humanitarian disaster created by Azerbaijan in Artsakh, to support the protection of the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh and stand ready to take necessary actions in this direction.

Saghatelyan called for demonstrations outside international representations in Armenia and said that a rally will take place in front of the UN representation at 16:00, December 13. Then, they will hand over letters to the embassies of France, Russia and USA.

Saghatelyan also proposed to convene an emergency session of parliament and adopt a statement condemning Azerbaijan’s genocidal actions.
