Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan considers it important that although the word "corridor" is regularly used in the speech of the president of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan not only does not talk about the corridor, but also blames Pashinyan for thwarting the process of establishing a transport connection between the western regions of Azerbaijan and the Autonomous Republic of Nakhichevan, ARMENPRESS reports Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with Public TV.

"I think it is very important to understand the content on which Azerbaijan is trying to build its, so to speak, precondition for a new escalation, and I think the best way to do this is to single out and clarify the agreements that Azerbaijan is trying to accuse us of not fulfilling. In general, I want to record that we are talking about written agreements," Pashinyan said.

According to the Prime Minister, his yesterday's speech served that purpose in the sense that today there was a response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

"The government can make that decision even today by written procedure, do they want to use the roads of Armenia to create a connection with Nakhichevan? They are welcome. We have said that this route can be opened at any time. As for the creation of new infrastructures, I touched on that in detail yesterday," said the Prime Minister.
