The issue of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement was particularly discussed on October 20 and 21 in Moscow, during the separate meetings of Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov with Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov.
