More than 50 people involved in Valery Permyakov case to be brought to justice (updated)
YEREVAN, 27 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. Fifty two people having recognized Valery Permyakov as fit for military service and working at different instances of the Transbaikal region will be brought to justice. This is what Head of the Division for Moral-Psychological Assurance in the 29th Combined Army Dmitry Kiselev informed during a roundtable discussion on national policies in the Trans Baikal region. “All those who had recognized Valery Permyakov as fit for military service will be brought to justice,”zabmedia.ru reports, according to “Armenpress”.
He mentioned that three criminal cases have been instituted against the doctors of the 321st military hospital in Chita. “All the culprits will be brought to justice,” Kiselev informed.
Valery Permyakov had been drafted in Balei. Earlier, presses had released information stating that he had undergone psychiatric treatment at the local military hospital for over a month during his military service in Chita due to serious deviations from the right line of conduct, but was eventually recognized as fit for military service and was sent to serve abroad.
