Armen Arstamyan appointed head of strategic planning department of General Staff

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree according to which Armen Arstamyan has been appointed head of the strategic planning department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President signed the respective decree based on the prime minister’s proposal.
