Armenian President offers condolences to French counterpart

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to President of France Emmanuel Macron on the tragic incident in Mali as a result of which 13 French soldiers have been killed, the Armenian President’s Office told Armenpress.

“We stand by the French people at this difficult moment of grief and loss”, reads the letter.

President Sarkissian extended his deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the victims.

Thirteen French soldiers have been killed in a helicopter collision during an operation against jihadists in Mali.
