State Oversight Service launches probe into “lawfulness and efficiency” behind investment processes

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. The State Oversight Service (SOS) has announced that it is carrying out studies of “the lawfulness and efficiency of processes taking place in the investments sector” in Armenia.

The SOS said in a statement it will study the investment processes which have been initiated since May 2018.

The agency also called on all individuals and businesses to contact the SOS at [email protected] in the event of having faced any kind of obstacles or unlawful approaches by any governmental agencies at any stage of initiating investments.

Hardcopy letters are also accepted at the SOS headquarters at 47 Mashtots Avenue, Yerevan.
