Azerbaijan opens cross-border gunfire at Armenian villages, military positions in Tavush Province

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, ARMENPRESS. The Azerbaijani military has opened cross-border gunfire in the direction of civilian settlements and military positions of Armenia in the Tavush Province overnight October 29-30 and early Wednesday morning, according to Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan.

“Yesterday night and today early morning the adversary fired from various caliber weapons in the direction of several villages and combat positions in Tavush. The adversary went silent after a responsive fire,” he said, adding that there are no injuries in the Armenian side.
