President Sarkissian signs decree on relieving deputy police chief Hovhannes Kocharyan from position

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 24, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on relieving Hovhannes Kocharyan from the position of deputy police chief, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President signed the respective decree based on the prime minister’s proposal.
