Speaker of Parliament of Artsakh hosts former MEP Eleni Theocharous

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS. Speaker of Parliament of Artsakh Ashot Ghulyan received today former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) EleniTheocharous and chair of the Armenian National Committee of Cyprus Hagop Kazandjian, the Artsakh Parliament told Armenpress.

Welcoming the guests the Speaker of Parliament said the ties with Cyprus have a special pace in Artsakh’s foreign political relations, noting that there is a mutual interest to further develop them.

At the meeting the sides exchanged views on the negotiation process for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the issues to boost the Artsakh-Cyprus practical cooperation, as well as touched upon other regional and international matters.
