President Sarkissian awards writer Alexander Topchyan with medal

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on awarding writer Alexander Topchyan with the Medal of Movses Khorenatsi on the occasion of the Independence Day, the President’s Office told Armenpress.

Topchyan was awarded for his long productive activity in literature-culture field.

The President signed the respective decree based on the Prime Minister’s petition.
