President Sarkissian signs decree on dismissing Valery Osipyan as Police Chief of Armenia

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree on relieving Valery Osipyan from the position of Police Chief of Armenia, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President signed the respective decree based on the Prime Minister’s proposal.
