President Sarkissian, Khaldoon Al Mubarak meet in Manchester

YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, ARMENPRESS. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has met with Khaldoon Al Mubarak, CEO and Managing Director of Mubadala Development Company in the UK.

The meeting took place in Manchester, since Al Mubarak is the Chairman of the Manchester City FC, and the Armenian President also watched the Man City play Tottenham, according to a news release issued by Sarkissian’s Office.

Sarkissian and Al Mubarak discussed the possibilities of Mubadala’s potential investments in Armenia.

AL Mubarak presented the activities of his City Football Group holding company, which in turn owns Manchester City, and the discussion also focused on possibilities of implementing programs for the development of football in Armenia.
