Bilateral engineering works underway at Armenia-Azerbaijan border

YEREVAN, AUGUST 12, ARMENPRESS. As a result of engineering works carried out bilaterally at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, the Armenian side has significant achievements – Deputy Defense Minister Gabriel Balayan told reporters.

“The policy conducted by the Ministry of Defense is the following – to not allow the adversary to have positional advantage. Due to intensive engineering works we have achievements in all border areas of Armenia,” Balayan said.
