President of Artsakh congratulates Armenia’s PM on birthday

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 1, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on June 1 sent a congratulatory letter to Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in connection with his birthday, the Artsakh Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The letter runs as follows:
