President Sarkissian hosts Henrikh Mkhitaryan

YEREVAN, MARCH 25, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian today hosted captain of the Armenian National Football team and midfielder of London’s Arsenal Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the President’s Office said on Instagram, reports Armenpress.

The Office also posted a photo where Mkhitaryan hands over his Arsenal shirt to the President.

On January 23, 2019, President Armen Sarkissian himself telephoned Henrikh Mkhitaryan to congratulate his 30th birthday. As a long-time Arsenal fan, the President expressed hope that he will have an opportunity to watch one of Mkhitaryan’s matches in the future.
