President Sarkissian not to attend Security Council’s session in Artsakh for technical reasons

YEREVAN, MARCH 12, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian yesterday late in the evening was invited to participate in the session of the Security Council of Armenia which will be held in Artsakh on March 12, the President’s Office told Armenpress.

The President will not attend the session for technical reasons.
