YEREVAN, JANUARY 31, ARMENPRESS. Our people have enough potential to strengthen their motherland continuously and take a greater and firmer place among civilized nations and states, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in a meeting with the Armenian community in Cologne, reports the correspondent of ARMENPRESS from Germany.
“What happened in Armenia could never happen with the efforts of a separate group, individual or party. This is the result of our nationwide efforts”, Pashinyan said, emphasizing that Armenia showed an example of nationwide cooperation during April-May of 2018.
He recorded with gladness that for the first time in Armenia parliamentary elections took place that were not questioned not only by the international community, but also inside Armenia.
“For the first time we had elections that were not appealed at the Constitutional Court”, the Armenian PM emphasized.
According to him, today Armenia faces another major challenge today. “We need to transform the politic al changes into economic changes and set to economic revolution following the political one”, he said, adding that it cannot happen with the efforts of one party or the government alone, but it should be carried out with national efforts. “I am confident that our people have enough potential to strengthen their motherland continuously and take a greater and firmer place among civilized nations and states. I hope we will really be able to utilize our potential for the implementation of national goals”, Nikol Pashinyan said.
