Average real estate prices drop by 1,4% in March

YEREVAN, MAY 3, ARMENPRESS. 13833 real estate transactions were made in Armenia in March. The quantity of the transactions has increased by 13% compared to February, the state committee of real estate cadastre told ARMENPRESS.
71,9% of the total 3979 alienation transactions were purchase/sale, 27,8% were donations and 0,3% were exchanges.
38.9% of the alienation transactions were made in Yerevan.
66,4% of purchase/sale transactions in Yerevan were made for flats in apartment blocks.
As compared to February, purchase and sale transactions for real estate in multi-apartment bloks increased by 39,6% in Yerevan.
The average prices for 1 sq.m. in apartment blocks in Yerevan decreased by 1,4% compared to February. In downtown of the city, 1 sq.m is evaluated an average of 428250 AMD in apartment blocks.
