YEREVAN, MARCH 6, ARMENPRESS. Prices are relatively stable in Yerevan’s real estate market. Higher prices are maintained in the Kentron (downtown), Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts.
According to the National Statistical Service, the cheapest apartments are located in Nubarashen and Malatia-Sebastia.
The average apartment price for 1sq.m. in downtown apartment blocks in January 2017 was 428 thousand 250 drams. In Arabkir the number was 357 thousand 450 drams, and in Kanaker-Zeytun – 281 thousand drams.
Average prices per district:
Nor Nork – 254 thousand 500 drams
Avan – 261 thousand drams
Erebuni – 249 thousand 800 drams
Shengavit – 256 thousand 500 drams
Davitashen – 277 thousand 300 drams
Ajapnyak – 250 thousand drams
In Nubarashen and Malatia-Sebastia the numbers were 157 thousand 700 drams and 242 thousand 500 drams respectively.
Per Armenia’s cities, the lowest average price was recorded in Shamlukh, Lori and Kajaran, Syunik – 8000 drams for 1 sq.m.
The highest average price was recorded in Tsakhkadzor – 292 thousand 400 drams.
