393 million 719 thousand 929 AMD already collected in Servicemen Insurance Fund

YEREVAN, MARCH 2, ARMENPRESS. It is already possible to make donations to the Servicemen Insurance Fund through www.1000plus.am website, Varuzhan Avetikyan – head of the legal department of the Central Bank said at the first Board of Trustees session of the Servicemen Insurance Fund which was created in accordance to the law on “Compensation for wounded or fallen servicemen during defense of Armenia”, reports “Armenpress”.

During the session Varuzhan Avetikyan was elected director of the foundation.

He said except the website, there is also another way to make a voluntary donation. “The second option is bank transfer. The Central Bank has already issued the respective accounts opened with four currencies. Works are being carried out also with mobile operators so that people can make a donation through SMS”, he said.

The collected funds (393 million 719 thousand 929 AMD) are already posted in the foundation’s website.
