January construction volumes comprise 7 billion 556 million AMD

YEREVAN, MARCH 1, ARMENPRESS. Construction volumes in Armenia in January 2017 comprised 7 billion 556.2 million drams. According to the National Statistical Service, the indicator has decreased by 5.3% compared to January 2016.

In terms of financing source, the most significant contribution had resources of companies – around 4 billion 308.5 million drams. The indicator has increased 2.2 times compared to January 2016.

At the same time, the volumes of construction financed by loans of the World Bank increased by 69.5 percent – comprising 337.1 million drams. Construction volumes financed by foreign investors comprised 543.5 million drams – an increase by 4.5 times.
