Armenian President sends congratulatory letter to Konstantin Orbelian on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent on August 27 a congratulatory letter to the Distinguished Artist of the Russian Federation, conductor and pianist Konstantin Orbelian on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary, wished him good health, unbound energy, and new achievements.

I am confident that assuming recently the position of the Creative Director of the A.
