Andranik Karapetyan becomes European Weightlifting Champion

YEREVAN, APRIL 14, ARMENPRESS. 2 Armenian athletes were competing in the 77KG division of the European Weightlifting Championship in Forde, Norway. Both of them performed brilliantly and won the 1st and 2nd places. As “Armenpress” reports, 21 year old Andranik Karapetyan won the championship and became the European Weightlifting Champion, with an overall result of 367 kg.

Tigran Martirosyan, who won the 2nd place and became the Vice-Champion, had an overall result of 352kg.
