Prices of 4 types of medications decrease by 800-3400 AMD: Healthcare Minister

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. According to the data of Armenia Healthcare Ministry, price decrease ranging from 500 AMD to 3400 AMD of 4 drug types included in the list of 50 most used drugs has been registered. “Armenpress” reports that Healthcare Minister Armen Muradyan said the aforementioned after the Government sitting when answering journalists’ questions.

Minister stated that they had conducted studies in May-November. As a result of the studies, it turned out that there was 30% decrease in 34% of the cases, and price increase in 6% of the cases, adding that it was mainly connected with the seasonal sales of the drugs. Minister emphasized that stability of prices was detected in over 60% of the cases.

Decrease in the prices of 4 drug types was also registered in November.
