Shipments increase by 0.5% in Armenia

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The 0.5% rise of shipments in Armenia from January-September of the current year is explained by 12.1 rises in automobile transportations. The Total volume of the export of automobile transportations formed 293.7 thousand tones (increased by 50.8% as compared with first 9 months of 2014), import formed 937.7 thousand tones (increased by 36.6%), and domestic shipments formed 3 million and 331.3 thousand tones (increased by 4.5%). “Armenpress” informs about this based on the statistical data of Republic of Armenia National Statistical Service.

Railway transports made 1 million and 842.2 tones: drop by 19.2%.

Air transports made 6.5 thousand tones, which is a decline by 19.8 % as compared with January0September of 2014.
