“After a long waiting we will finally get an apartment which is our life dream. We are happy that our child will grow up in a new apartment. After the baby was born, it was difficult to live in dormitory where kitchen and toilet were designed for all and one bed and a table were placed in the room”, Gor Manaseryan told.

The 12 floors building has 2 entrances and an elevator exists in each of them. 120 one-room and two-room apartments were constructed in the building by the assignment of Yerevan mayor.

I am grateful to the constructors and responsible persons to finish the works in time, during which we could transmit the dwellers of the 4th grade emergency buildings into their new apartments”, Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan told during the handover ceremony.
