Sergey Smbatyan to perform at Carnegie Hall

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 19, ARMENPRESS. Artistic Directorand Principal Conductor of State Youth Orchestra of Armenia Sergey Smbatyan will perform at prestigious Carnegie Hall, New York. As “Armenpress” reports, referring to carnegiehall.org, Smbatyan will conduct Korean Chamber Orchestraon October 27. The concert is dedicated to 50th anniversary of the orchestra founded in 1965 and 70th anniversary of UNESCO.

ViolinistSoyoung Yoon and Ino Mirković, mezzo-soprano Carly Paoli, double bass Milton Masciadri will perform during the concert. Works by Gershwin, Piazzolla, Obradors and many others will be played during the event.
