Seyran Ohanyan introduces border situation to CSTO Secretary General

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. On October 2 the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, met with the Secretary Generalof theCollective Security Treaty Organization,Nikolay Bordyuzha. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the MOD Armenia, issues on the CSTO agenda were discussed during the meeting, as well as the activities to be implemented within the framework of Armenia’s presidency of the CSTO.

At Nikolay Bordyuzha’s request, Defense Minister of Armenia introduced the recent situation on Armenia-Azerbaijan border and on the contact line of Karabakh-Azerbaijan opposing armies.

During his visit the CSTO Secretary General will hold meetings with other high ranking officials, as well as will attend the official events of the active stage of “Indestructible Brotherhood-2015” military exercise for the CSTO Collective Peacekeeping Forces.
