Azerbaijani subdivision made attempt to violate state border along direction of Yeraskh

Yerevan, October 2, Armenpress. On October 1, at about 22:30, in the southwest part of Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, one of the subdivisions of the AzerbaijaniArmed Aorces, which was located in Nakhchivan, made an attempt to violate the sate border along the direction of Yeraskh for unknown reasons for the Armenian side, which has been already prevented by the subdivisions of Armenian Armed Forces. As “Armenpress” was informed from theInformationandPublic Relations Departmentof theMinistryofDefenseof the Republic ofArmenia, the enemy retreated in the result of the shootings from the both sides.

Armenian Ministry of Defense warns that the enemies’ attempts to sharpen the situation along the direction of Nakhchivan of Armenian-Azerbaijani state borders will be severely punished.
