USA encourages robust discussion on something as fundamental as Constitution

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Richard M. Mills, Jr. expressed an opinion on Constitutional reforms in Armenia and the ongoing political discussions related to it.
