YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS: Making a good movie that audience will enjoy, David Babakhanyan was guided by this idea while shooting the adventure comedy film "North-South". The new film made by “Sharm pictures” will be in Armenian cinemas since September 10.
"My goal was to make a good film, which will gather good specialists and which our audience will like. Armenians will go and watch it with their families, friends, relatives and will spend good time. That was the goal. The film was mostly shot in Armenia. It is about our city, people living in Yerevan, young people, friends’’, mentioned David Babakhanyan during his conversation with " Armenpress ".
The film "North-South" is essentially an urban romance about 4 friends. The hero of the film - a junior researcher Never, getting a professional offer from rich Lambert Khachaturovich decides to take the opportunity and organize a party for his friends in his client’s luxurious house. As a result of too active atmosphere Lambert Khachaturovichi’s father's statue breaks. Taking into account the latter’s attitude to his father’s memory, friends easily imagine Nver’s end. The boys make up a "plan of salvation", but instead of correcting the mistake, they make the situation even worse. Now they not only have to pay the amount of the statue, but also organize a luxurious wedding, and the deposit they got for it no longer exists.
