PKK attacks police station in Silopi town

YEREVAN, AUGUST 12, ARMENPRESS. Kurdistan Workers' Party attacked the police station in the town of Silopi of Şırnak province with rifles and mortars. Armenpress informs the aforementioned referring to “Anadolu” news agency.

Due to the counterattacks, made by the Turkish security forces, the Kurdish gunmen fled taking advantage of the darkness. There are no victims and injured resulting from the attack.
