Armenian Wrestler from Ararat defeats Turkish wrestler at Europe Championship in Serbia

ARTASHAT, AUGUST 7, ARMENPRESS. 54 kg wrestler from Artashat - Vazgen Tevanyan became a champion in his weight category defeating the Turkish wrestler atJunior Freestyle Wrestling Championship in Serbia on August 4-5.

He won a gold medal. Armenpress was informed from Grigor Simonyan, the director of Artashat Olympic Relay Sport School after Razmik Golecyan, that there was another champion: 46 kg Arsen Harutyunyan from Masis.

250 top wrestlers from different countries participated in the Championship. 10 athletes represented Artashat sport school.

The winning athletes were awarded with medals, certificates and trophies.
