Artsakh President attached importance to the international observers' visit

STEPANAKERT 2 MAY, ARMENPRESS. On May 1, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held meetings with a group of observers having arrived in Artsakh from Europe, USA and Armenia to carry out observation mission at the forthcoming May 3 parliamentary elections.
As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President, issues concerning the state building process in Artsakh, formation of democratic and civil society were touched upon at the meetings.
President Sahakyan attached importance to the visit of international observers to Artsakh to observe various elections, outlining that they were instrumental and demanded for our state.
