Armenian Genocide deniers deny human values and moral principles: Olav Fykse Tveit

YEREVAN, 23 APRIL, ARMENPRESS: All those, who deny the Armenian Genocide, deny the human values and moral principles. Olav Fykse Tveit, the General Secretary of the World Council of Churches, stated about it at the social and political global forum “Against the Crime of Genocide”.

“560 Orthodox and Protestant Christians of the World Council of Churches greet you and state that they stand next to the Armenian people. All those, who deny the Armenian Genocide, deny the human values and moral principles. We believe that all the steps, which may lead to reconciliation, which unite the memories of the past and the present, should be united, as we want to see only peace in the world”, - said the General Secretary of the World Council of Churches, Armenpress reports.
