YEREVAN, 23 APRIL, ARMENPRESS: The State Duma of the Russian Federation will adopt a statement on the centennial of the Armenian Genocide on April 24. This was stated by the Vice Speaker of the State Duma Nikolay Logichev at the social and political global forum “Against the Crime of Genocide”.
“The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a resolution in 1915, condemning the Armenian Genocide. With this resolution we condemned the organizers of the Armenian Genocide and we declared April 24 the day of commemoration of the Armenian Genocide victims. Tomorrow my colleagues are ready to adopt a resolution on the centennial of the Armenian Genocide”, - stressed Logichev, Armenpress reports.
