Iran’s citizen attempted to import drugs to Armenia

YEREVAN, APRIL 14, ARMENPRESS: The Preclearance Control Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia prevented the import of a large amount of drugs of “methamphetamine” type to the Republic. Armenpress was informed about it from the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.

“Due to the joint operative and control measures, taken by the representatives of the Preclearance Control Department and the National Security Service, the import of about 2,5 kilograms of drugs of “methamphetamine” type to the Republic was prevented on the Armenian-Iranian border”, - informed the Head of the Preclearance Control Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Vahram Guroghlyan.
