YEREVAN, 13 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. On April 13, the Moscow's Basmanny Court will discuss the investigation request of the house arrest term of "Bashneft" work’s figurant Levon Hayrapetyan. As Armenpress reports, the press secretary of the court Anna Fadeeva informed RIA Novosti about this.
"The investigation requests to prolong Hayrapetyan's house arrest until July 15," the spokeswoman underscored.
Hayrapetyan is accused of participating in the selling of the "Bashneft" "System" industrial-financial institutions, in April 2009 by Ural Rakhimov.
According to the investigation, Hayrapetyan has dual citizenship and property in abroad. Particularly, in recent times he has lived in Monaco. The investigation proved by this case the necessity of keeping him in the investigative isolation-cell. In early October, the businessman has moved to house arrest. Hayrapetyan's lawyer said earlier that his client's condition has deteriorated, and asked them to release him.
