Valery Permyakov's trial will be held in Armenia: Oleg Lebedev

Vice-Chairman of the Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Compatriots of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleg Lebedev has informed that Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, who murdered seven members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri, will be tried in Armenia. As “Armenpress” reports, citing Gazeta.ru, this is what Lebedev announced during a joint session held by the professional committees of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.“Russia has done everything possible to make sure the investigation is carried out in the territory of Armenia and it is being carried out in the territory of Armenia. The trial will also be held in the territory of Armenia, as the Armenian people demand,”he announced.
