The book of memoirs entitled “Love, Love, Love” is a rare source of information about the lives of Armenians who were living in the Ottoman Empire prior to the Armenian Genocide. As “Armenpress” reports, the book published by the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute is a unique source of information about the history of physical culture, the Olympic Games, the First World War, the Armenian Genocide, as well as migrants and the deportations.
For the first time in Ottoman history, two Armenian gymnasts, including Vahram Papazian and Mkrtich Mkryan, represented the Ottoman Empire at the 5th Olympic Games held in Stockholm in 1912.
As a survivor and eyewitness of the Armenian Genocide, Papazian provides the reader with important information about the Armenian Genocide.
The book of memoirs of Vahram Papazian has been published in English for the first time and is edited by Doctor of Historical Sciences Hayk Demoyan, The original was released in 1962 in Beirut.
