Armenia’s economic activity grew by 2.5% in two months

YEREVAN, 26 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s economic activity indicator in January-February 2015 exceeded the indicator in January-February2014 by 2.5%. As “Armenpress” reports, the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia has presented the preliminary major macroeconomic indicators based on a current operative summary describing the country’s socio-economic situation. Industry, trade turnover, energy production and foreign trade turnover declined.

All the absolute indicators are presented according to the current prices. The foreign trade indicators in January-February 2015 are not collected as a whole due to the incompleteness of reciprocal trade indicators of EEU countries and will be specified in the future.
