JACES and Serbia’s National Chamber of Judicial Officers sign Memorandum of Mutual Understanding

YEREVAN, 26 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. The delegation led by Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major General Mihran Poghosyan is on a two-day working visit to Belgrade, Serbia. As the news service of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service reports to “Armenpress”, today, on February 26, a Memorandum of Mutual Understanding was signed between the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of Serbia with the purpose of laying the foundations for cooperation between the parties, strengthening reciprocal ties, as well as coordinating and implementing joint activities.

Within a month following the signing of the document a joint working group will be established to develop within a reasonable timeframe and submit to the parties an action plan for cooperation between the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of Serbia for approval. There will also be reciprocal visits and working discussions between the parties to predetermine and specify the list of future events.
