YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, ARMENPRESS: The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia held a working consultation on the events to be organized for the centenary of the Armenian Genocide. The meeting was headed by the Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan. The press service of the Ministry informed Armenpress that Ashotyan was presented all the events, which will be carried out in the educational institutions on the centenary of the Armenian Genocide.
Among other events, it was especially decided that the 5-12thgrade pupils of the schools of Armenia will prepare on March 24 1,5 million forget-me-nots, which were recognized the symbol of the centenary of the Armenian Genocide and which will be distributed among our compatriots and the foreign guests, visiting the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial on April 24.
